Wear, hold or drop

THE DROP STATE IS UNRIGGED SO YOU CAN ADJUST: TO MOVE IT, RIGHT CLICK EDIT THE ITEM IN YOUR INVENTORY IN DROP STATE, AND MOVE AS YOU WISH!

States are controlled by HUD OR The Famous small Interactor. 

Interactor is a separate item (so to allow editing the drop state easily).

Just ADD the Interactor (vs.wear), it will attach to pelvis so your bottom and crotch are touchable to play with the dress and toggle hold / wear. Set to public to allow anyone to play, to private if you want only you to be allowed to touch! Again, state can also be controlled via HUD.
